Nasi Kuning Komplit

Nasi Kuning term is yellow rice, surely, it is from turmeric color. In the morning time, we can find this dish everywhere. Because Indonesian people love to enjoy it for breakfast dish. But not only for breakfast, almost all ‘happiness ceremonies’ must be prepared nasi kuning, especially Javanese. Those rice is completed with egg, chicken, noodle, tempe (fermented soybean). I missed nasi kuning that my mother made.

ナシクニンは黄色い米という意味です。ターメリックカラーから来ています。
インドネシアの人たちはナシクニンが大好きなので、たいてい朝食ででてきます。
しかし、朝食だけでなく、ほとんどすべての「幸福の儀式」に使われます。特にジャワ人はナシクニンを準備する必要があります。それらの米は、卵、鶏肉、麺、テンペ（発酵大豆）で作られています。
母が作ったナシクニンが恋しいな。
